I have fallen in love with this recipe! I make this for my husband everyday .

CADA

  • 40g coconut
  • 1 green apple
  • 40g medjool dates
  • 40g almonds

Put all ingredients into your TM bowl . turbo 3x then top with your favourite yougurt. Done!

you can vary the almond with cashews and apricots to mix it up.

This recipe is very easy & delicious!
