Blueberry smoothie delight

Last few years I have been trying to eat more healthier and drink things that are nutritious. Iv been trying to find ingredients that help me especially when I have down days with my pain wih endometriosis.  I really enjoy this blueberry smoothie. And it has soo many ingredients Iv learnt to love!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen bananas
  • 2 tbs MACA
  • 1tbs LSA
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 avocado
  • rice milk

Simply add all Ingredients to the TM bowl & mix speed 8 for 30 seconds

enjoy!
